"The history of the Civil War has never been so creatively presented," said one reviewer about the drama "Civil War Voices." The play, written by James R. Harris, tells the story of the War Between the States through the insightful observations of actual historical figures both famous and obscure. Addiing authenticity to the experience is period music arranged by Mark Hayes. The play is a production of The Barter Theatre, the nations oldest equity company.
Tickets: $20 - $25 - $35
This show is sponsored in part by a grant from SouthArts, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Kentucky Arts Council.
